The initiative was launched by the Burshtyn City Council, with plans to develop a 20.45-hectare site that is expected to generate up to 1,000 new jobs.
The industrial park will focus on manufacturing and related industries, providing infrastructure for businesses in the following sectors:
- Textile production
- Food manufacturing
- Apparel production
- Wood processing and production of wood and cork products (excluding furniture)
- Production of straw and plant-based woven goods
- Machinery and equipment manufacturing
- Production of other non-metallic mineral products
- Scientific and technical activities
- Information and electronic communications services
