The entities associated with Russian PromSyazCapital are acting as selling agents, according to several sources of information. The official representatives of PromSyazCapital did not comment the information leakage and still they do not deny it at all. PromSyazCapital belongs to brothers Dmitriy and Alexey Ananiev.

To remind, Konti is a large confectionery holding, controlled by the former vice PM of Ukraine, Boris Kolesnikov. The holding produces biscuits Super-Kontik, marshmallows Bonjour, and many candies of Konti, etc. The assets of the confectionery and its main office are located in Konstantinovka in the Donbass region, and two other factories are in the occupied cities of Gorlivka and Donetsk.

Worth noting that according to the decision of the Russian controlling body of Rospotrebnadzor, the import of sweets of the two large Ukrainian producers of Konti and AVK had been banned in the territory of Russian Federation. According to statistics as of 2013, Ukrainian confectionaries comprised one third of all Russian imports of confectionery.
