The Dragobrat ski resort in Zakarpattia has been listed for sale for US$2.75 million, equivalent to roughly UAH 117 million. An announcement offering the corporate rights of LLC “Dragobrat” appeared on OLX on 18 November, and on 24 November one of the company’s co-owners confirmed the intention to sell the asset to ZAXID.NET.
Dragobrat is the highest-altitude ski resort in Ukraine, located at elevations ranging from 1,300 to 1,700 metres above sea level. The complex includes hotels, cottages, ski lifts, snowcats, a ski equipment rental facility, and a 1.7-hectare land plot. According to co-owner Ivan Zezekalo, the sale is linked to the passing of the resort’s founders — the Bidnyi brothers — and the current owners face challenges managing the business remotely from Poltava. At the same time, the resort remains profitable, as the lifts operate on natural snow and do not require additional spending on artificial snowmaking.
The assets offered for sale include an administrative building, two cottages with 16 rooms, a five-storey hotel with 33 rooms and a restaurant, a medical point, a game room, and staff accommodation. The listing also features a sauna with a swimming pool, a rental equipment facility, three drag lifts of different lengths, snowcats, bulldozers, diesel generators, a transformer substation, and autonomous water supply and wastewater systems with treatment facilities.
The company “Dragobrat” was registered in 1993 in the village of Yasinia, Rakhiv district. Since 2024, it has been managed by Anastasiia Nechytailo from Poltava, who holds a share of the corporate rights. Other co-owners include Viktor Atamanenko and Nadiia Bidna from Kyiv region, as well as Poltava-based entrepreneurs Ivan Ivanovych and Ivan Havrylovych Zezekalo. According to Opendatabot, in 2024 the enterprise generated more than UAH 5.5 million in revenue and over UAH 750,000 in net profit. The company employs nine people, and its assets are valued at more than UAH 8.4 million.
