Arricano is a development company that manages and owns large Kyiv shopping centers "RayON", "Prospekt" and Sky Mall, as well as City Mall in Zaporozhye and "Sunny Gallery" in Krivoy Rog.
Tomasa Fiala explained: “The small minority stake does not allow me to influence decision-making at Arricano. Our team has made every effort to agree with the majority shareholder of Arricano on the exit of Dragon Capital from the company, albeit on unfavorable terms for us, but has not yet received such possibilities".
The businessman also insists that the information about Arricano’s work in Crimea is a lie.
