This was announced by the State Property Fund of Ukraine. It is noted that the price offer of the registered participant of the online auction exceeded the starting price of almost UAH 40 million.
The Fund believes that the price increase, even if only one participant is registered, is due to the mechanism of transparent privatization auctions. Participants increase the price from the starting one even at the registration stage when submitting price offers, therefore they do not know in advance either the number of other registered participants or the size of their price offers.
In the auction for the sale of the State Enterprise "Dunaevetskiy Kombinat Khleboproduktov", the winner was Epicenter K LLC (its structure includes Epicenter Agro).
The owners of the Epicenter group of companies are Alexander and Galina Gerega.
