The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has included the Azortech Industrial Park, located in the city of Andrushivka, Zhytomyr region, in the official Register of Industrial Parks. This marks the 106th such project in the country. The total investment in its development is estimated at UAH 838.8 million (around $20.5 million), of which $6.1 million will be provided by the project initiator — LLC “AZOR-LTD,” with the remainder to be attracted from external sources.
The park is established for a period of 30 years on a 21.8-hectare site and is designed to host manufacturing enterprises — from bioethanol and feed production to flour and cereal processing and starch-based products. The project’s implementation will create more than 520 new jobs.
According to the Ministry of Economy, industrial parks are becoming drivers of economic growth: in 2024, Ukraine launched a record 31 new parks, even amid wartime conditions. For comparison, only 8 were launched in 2022 and 13 in 2023. According to OECD data, the share of manufacturing in Ukraine’s GDP stood at 10.3% in March 2025, with the government forecasting the possibility of doubling this figure over the next decade.
According to Ministry of Economy estimates, industrial parks have high efficiency: each hectare can create up to 50 jobs, every hryvnia of state investment attracts 5–6 hryvnias of private capital, and each dollar of private investment generates $19 in taxes and fees over five years.
