Kernel Holding S.A.acquired remaining 40% interest in Avere Commodities Sa from minority shareholders for $32 million. As a result, Kernel consolidated 100% of shares in Avere. Total consideration to be paid to the existing Avere minority shareholders is $32 million. Consideration is subject to post completion adjustment within 3 months following the completion.
