A total of 16 separate premium office lots are offered for sale in key business districts of the capital — in central Kyiv, Pechersk, Podil, and Shevchenkivskyi district. The total area of the available properties is around 5,951 m², while individual lots range from 137 m² to 1,399 m².

An investor may acquire either a single office asset or build a customized portfolio of several lots, depending on budget, target yield, and investment strategy. The entry ticket starts from $450,000, the average lot value is around $1.47 million, while the largest lot is valued at up to $6 million.
