MaPanda, a Ukrainian online tool for gamified learning and therapy for children three to nine years old, has received $1.3 million in investment, AIN reports. This funding was provided by the founder of Bini Games in several rounds of venture funding, will help to develop the MVP and test it with partners.

MaPanda offers an approach to learning and therapy using animated characters guided by trained teachers or psychologists in real time. This format immerses children in the cartoon world, which reduces the stress of interacting with adults and increases the level of trust and involvement.

According to the founder of MaPanda, Michael Goncharov-Goryanskiy, this technology solves two key problems: mobile games, which are interesting but do not provide system knowledge, and Zoom-learning, which has a hard time holding the child’s attention. In this way, MaPanda combines the gaming world with quality education or therapy.

The MaPanda platform is used to teach subjects such as foreign languages, school preparation, development of soft skills, logic, mathematics, emotional intelligence and.creativity. Additionally, the startup cooperates with schools, educational initiatives, public organizations, teachers and psychologists.

The fresh funding was provided by Michael Goncharov-Goryanskiy, the founder of Bini Games. The investments enables to develop an MVP and test it with partners. Currently, the team is focused on the development of technology in the Ukrainian market, and later in the USA.
