MHP acquires the logistics company KTL Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted permission to the agroholding MHP to purchase the logistics company KTL Ukraine

According to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, one of the largest agricultural holdings in Ukraine, the Myronivsky Hliboproduct company (MHP SE), indirectly buys the logistics company KTL Ukraine.

The AMCU message said: “Permission was granted to MHP SE (Limassol, Cyprus) to acquire shares of KK & Sons Group LTD (London, United Kingdom), ensuring an excess of 50% of the votes in the company’s highest management body.”

KK & Sons Group owns 100% of KTL Ukraine LLC and a number of other companies associated with Odessa residents Andrey Kuzmin, Sergey Kochergin and Igor Khokhlov.

The logistics company KTL Ukraine has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2013 and is engaged in sea container transportation, road and rail transportation, warehousing and transshipment of goods, vessel chartering, etc. Part of the Turkish Kinay Network (KTL stands for Kınay Transport and Logistics).

Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) is the largest producer of chicken in Ukraine and an exporter of these products to the EU.
