The enterprise operates in the livestock sector and has a positive financial and legal track record. Poultry farming is conducted in an environmentally clean area of the region using natural feed.
Favorable Logistics and Location
The complex is located near two national highways — Kyiv–Kharkiv and Kyiv–Dnipro — as well as a railway branch line. The distance to Kyiv is approximately 180 km. Key regional centers of Ukraine are located within a 500 km radius, ensuring efficient logistics for product distribution.
Tangible Assets and Production Capacity
The company controls a 16-hectare land bank (49-year lease). The site includes 14 permanent poultry houses with a total area of 19,000 sq. m, of which eight are operational and fully equipped with automated systems from Belgian manufacturer Roxell.
The current production capacity is 860,000 birds per year, equivalent to up to 820 tons of carcass weight (1 kg) or up to 1,500 tons of carcass weight (1.8 kg).
Six poultry houses are currently mothballed; however, total designed capacity (subject to reconstruction) may reach 2.1 million birds per year — up to 3,700 tons of output.
Full Cycle: Feed Production, Slaughtering, and Energy Supply
The complex includes its own feed mill with a capacity of 16 tons of pellets per shift (4,100 tons annually), fully covering current production needs. The equipment is new, and a full automation project is underway.
The slaughterhouse, with an area of 300 sq. m, has a capacity of 750 birds per hour and is equipped with a 20-ton refrigeration unit featuring shock freezing functionality. Refrigeration capacity is being gradually expanded.
Infrastructure facilities include a solid-fuel boiler house, a 50 kW solar power plant, a 430 kW electrical substation with two independent feeders (60% reserve capacity), gas supply with a private gas distribution point, sanitary checkpoint, storage facilities, vehicle garages, a repair workshop, and other auxiliary buildings. The workforce consists of 35–40 employees.
Sales Channels and Permits
The company has established distribution channels, supplying national retail chains including Ekomarket and Velyka Kyshenia. Sales of live poultry are also organized.
The enterprise owns two registered trademarks and holds a full package of permits, including licenses for breeding, slaughtering, and export operations, special water use permits, environmental approvals, a Halal certificate, and other technical authorizations.
The company operates under Ukraine’s simplified taxation system (single tax, group 4), has no outstanding credit liabilities, and maintains a transparent ownership structure.
Expansion Potential
Key development opportunities include:
-
construction of eight new poultry houses (13,600 sq. m), enabling output to increase to 8,600 tons per year;
-
reconstruction or launch of a new hatchery;
-
development of a proprietary retail store network;
-
launch of processing operations (including canned poultry products);
-
export expansion;
-
leasing of agricultural land to cultivate feed crops in-house to reduce production costs.
The asset may be of interest to strategic investors in the agricultural sector, vertically integrated poultry market players, or financial investors seeking entry into agribusiness with established infrastructure and clear scaling potential.
