The assets are already connected to the grid, generate electricity on a commercial basis, and operate on the day-ahead market through a trader.
The portfolio includes six separate legally structured companies, allowing an investor to acquire either individual solar power plants with capacities ranging from 1 MW to 5 MW or the entire portfolio. The overall asset structure includes 9 MW in Kirovohrad region and 10 MW in Vinnytsia region.
The key advantage of the offer is the opportunity to enter an already operating energy business without the risks associated with development, construction, grid connection, and commissioning of the plants. The buyer is offered the acquisition of 100% of the corporate rights in individual LLCs or in the entire portfolio, with full transfer of ownership of the legal entities and assets.
The solar power plants were commissioned in 2025. The facilities are equipped with modern photovoltaic modules with a capacity of 580–590 W and Sungrow inverters. According to the seller, the plants already have confirmed generation indicators and financial results for the period from April 2025 to March 2026.
The price of individual assets starts from $650,000 for a 1 MW solar power plant. The value of the 3 MW plant is $1.95 million, the 4 MW plant is priced at $2.6 million, and the 5 MW solar plants in Vinnytsia region are offered at $3.25 million each. The indicative investment payback period stated in the offer is 8–9 years.
