State-Owned Distillery in Central Ukraine Listed for Privatization — Starting Price: UAH 101.1 Million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) has scheduled a privatization auction for the Zhytomyr Liquor and Vodka Distillery — a state-owned, fully integrated asset — to be held on April 11

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) will auction the entire property complex of the Zhytomyr Liquor and Vodka Distillery, a functioning spirits production enterprise, as part of the country's ongoing privatization initiative.

The asset package includes 147 real estate units with a total area exceeding 24,000 square meters, located at 38 Sviatoslava Richtera Street, Zhytomyr. The complex also comprises a subsidiary branch in Chudniv, Zhytomyr district.

According to its charter, the company’s core business activity is the distillation, rectification, and blending of alcoholic beverages (NACE 11.01).

The distillery is currently operational and holds valid licenses for alcohol production and wholesale distribution.

Key conditions of sale include the repayment of outstanding wage arrears and tax liabilities within six months of the transaction.
