“Permission has been given for the acquisition of Tixid LLC control over Arkada Finance LLC,” says the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
The Tiksid company is part of the Tervin corporation, which was created by Ruslan Shostak in October 2023. And Arkada Finance LLC is the owner of the Neo Plaza shopping center on Marie Curie Street, 5 in Dnipro. The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 24,764 sq.m.
The Neo Plaza shopping center opened at the end of 2019 near the center of Dnepr on the site of the shopping and entertainment complex of the Materik center. Its developer was the Joint Industrial Park (JIP) company, and one of the anchor tenants was the Varus supermarket chain, co-owned by Ruslan Shostak.
In the same year, an EVA store opened in the Neo Plaza shopping center in a new “beauty laboratory” format. Its key difference from classic stores is a wide selection of cosmetics and perfumes.
“We are considering the purchase of warehouse complexes and shopping centers in Kyiv and Dnepr,” said co-owner of Terwin Group Ruslan Shostak in an interview with Forbes at the end of 2023. He did not specify which shopping centers, citing ongoing negotiations.
