The AMCU press service reported that permission was granted to Alliance Asset Management LLC to acquire a share in the authorized capital of Gazvydobuvannya Industrial Company LLC, which ensures an excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme corporate body of the company.
According to the Unified Register of Legal Entities, Alliance Asset Management carries out financial market management activities, is an intermediary in securities and goods contracts and other supporting activities in the field of financial services. The ultimate beneficiary of the company is the former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mykola Zlochevskyi.
According to media reports, in 2017, Mykola Zlochevskyi acquired two gas producers from Yuriy Ivanyushchenko – Alba Resource LLC and Myronivkabudmontazh LLC, which have special permissions to develop Pivdenno-Medvedivske and Pivdenno-Khrestynschenske gas fields in Kharkiv region with total reserves of about 8 billion cubic meters of fuel.
