The amount of the deal is not disclosed, but the companies have assured that there will be no structural changes in the Ukrainian offices of the companies. After the merger, the number of specialists in the company will be more than 3,500 people.
This is not the first merger of the company – Perfectial became the 5th company to join Avenga. Earlier, four more companies became part of it: IT Kontrakt, Solidbrain, CoreValue and Sevenval. Avenga has more than 3,000 employees in offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. One of the largest representative offices is in Ukraine.
The international platform Avenga has acquired the Ukrainian IT company Perfectial
Avenga specializes in implementing IT solutions for the medical, pharmaceutical, financial, insurance and automotive industries. Among the company’s customers are such giants as PZU, Allianz, ABB, Volvo.

The company will change its name to Perfectial powered by Avenga. About 500 specialists now work at Perfectial – most in three offices in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv, and a few teams in other Ukrainian cities.

The company plans to open offices in other cities of Ukraine soon, so it is actively expanding its staff.
