The Ministry of Justice took up the nationalization of the “Shell” gas station network in Ukraine

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to nationalize the assets of the sanctioned Russian Eduard Khudainatov.

In particular, itʼs about "Alliance Holding" LLC, which manages the network of "Shell" gas stations.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

Also in the list of Khudainatovʼs assets are "Todwick Holdings Ltd", "Cicerone Holding BV", "Bogstone Holding BV", "Invest-Region" LLC, "Eatongate Holdings Limited", "Alliance-Ukraine Oil Company" LLC, "Rentoil" LLC, "Alliancesukraina" LLC, LLC "Alliance Oil Ukraine".

Khudainatov is the owner of the "Independent Oil and Gas Company" and former first vice president, deputy chairman of the board, member of the board of directors of PJSC "Rosneft".

According to the Ministry of Justice, the Russian businessman supplies fuel for the needs of Russiaʼs state defense complex with the help of enterprises under his control and pays significant taxes and fees there.

According to official information, the Shell network in Ukraine consists of 131 gas stations and continues to work on ensuring its operational activities from February 2022. Shell Ukraine, as a critical infrastructure enterprise, has joined the network of Points of Invincibility created by the Government of Ukraine. As of today, the total amount of Shell's humanitarian aid to Ukraine and neighboring countries has reached USD 74 million.

From 2007 to today, Shell has invested more than 460 million US dollars in the economy of Ukraine and is one of the largest taxpayers in the fuel retail sector.

Since the start of the aggressor's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Shell in Ukraine has preserved 100% of jobs (over 1,500 people are employed in Shell in Ukraine).

Shell plc is the owner of Shell Ukraine. The ownership share is 97.4%.
