The owner of the "Ukraine" hotel, Maksym Krippa, invests in the Kyiv developer DIM

Ukrainian developer DIM plans to complete construction of current facilities and begin work on new ones with investments from Max Krippa

Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa is investing in the DIM group of companies, which is building housing in Kyiv and the region, which will be his third major investment in Ukrainian real estate during the full-scale invasion.

Maksym Krippa explained that he decided to invest in DIM projects not only because of their significant investment potential, but also because of “the general attitude towards doing business during wartime: they are not afraid to build, I am afraid to invest.”

Founder and managing partner of the DIM group of companies, Oleksandr Nasekovskiy, noted that the participation of Maksym Krippa’s development group of companies will allow the developer DIM not to depend on sales volumes, maintain the pace of construction and complete the construction of housing on schedule.

The DIM press service did not disclose the amount of the investment, which has not yet been finalized.

The portfolio of the DIM development company consists of real estate in Kyiv and the region with a total area of over 900 thousand sq. m.

Maksym Krippa has already invested over $100 million in Ukrainian real estate. Krippa owns, in particular, the Kyiv business center "Parus", which he bought in 2023, and the historic hotel "Ukraine" in the center of the capital, which the entrepreneur privatized in 2024.
