The winner of the auction for the sale of the single property complex “Kiev Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise” was Real Slavutich 1 LLC, which offered the highest bid for the lot – UAH 165 million.
The company has three factories in Kyiv, Chernigov and Cherkassy with a total area of 12,298 sq. m. m. Under the terms of the auction, the new owner must pay the company’s debt in the amount of UAH 34.4 million. Also, the main requirement is to maintain the profile of the enterprise for at least 10 years.
According to YouControl, the beneficial owner of Real Slavutich 1 LLC is Roman Lunin. He owns the Retail Group, which includes the Velika Kishenya and Velmart retail chains.
“We are going to make this enterprise modern and transfer it to a new technological basis, because it must work in war conditions,” says Roman Lunin. According to him, over the past two months the enterprise has stopped its work due to debts arising as a result of unprofitability.
