Turkish Dalgakiran, which produces compressors and equipment for the energy sector, announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Ukrainian LLC "Sensi".
As stated in the press release of Dalgakiran, this merger was an important event, opening up new prospects for both companies and expanding the possibilities for providing high-quality equipment to global customers.
The company adds that gas compressors and specialized equipment for the oil and gas industry, manufactured by Sensi, will allow Dalgakiran to meet the needs of an even wider range of customers.
Dalgakiran also plans to make significant investments in the company "Sensi" to expand its production capacity.
At the same time, Dalgakiran states that the equipment of the Ukrainian manufacturer will become available to an even greater number of customers in different countries of the world. The company intends to actively promote its products on international markets.
