Ukrainian Startup Limitless Raises $10 Million From International Investors

Ukrainian company Limitless, founded by former Reface CEO Roman Mogylniy, has secured $10 million in funding to develop its crypto-based prediction market platform

The funding round was led by the U.S. venture capital firm 1confirmation. Other investors include Israel’s Collider, U.S.-based funds F-Prime Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Arrington Capital, China’s Node Capital, as well as Ukrainian partners Flyer One Ventures and SID Venture Partners.

Limitless is accelerating its growth ahead of the launch of its native token LMTS. According to the company’s CEO, CJ Hetherington, “We’re grateful to our early investors who are doubling down on their support, and we’re excited to welcome new strategic partners ahead of the LMTS token launch.”

The platform operates as a decentralized prediction market, allowing users to place bets on the outcomes of various events — from cryptocurrency prices to sports and political forecasts. Unlike traditional betting services, users compete directly with one another rather than with a centralized operator.

The platform has surpassed $500 million in trading volume, establishing itself as one of the largest blockchain-based prediction platforms globally.

In June 2025, Limitless raised an additional $4 million, following a $3 million round in autumn 2024, demonstrating a steady growth trajectory in funding.

According to Flyer One Ventures partner Oleksii Yermolenko, strong interest from international venture funds was one of the key drivers behind the latest investment round.
