Finance Minister Serhii Marchenko highlighted that Ukraine has now successfully passed seven reviews under the EFF since its launch two years ago, unlocking a total of over $10.1 billion out of the $15.5 billion committed under the program.
Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the IMF has provided $12.8 billion in financial assistance to Ukraine's state budget, solidifying its role as the country’s third-largest financial supporter after the European Union and the United States.
Looking ahead to 2025, the EFF program envisions up to $2.3 billion in funding across four scheduled reviews.
