Ukrainian service IT company Intellias announced its second acquisition for 2024. It became NorthLink Digital - a British IT company specializing in consulting and technological solutions in the field of financial services and insurance (FS&I).
NorthLink Digital has offices in London and Tees Valley and has been a player in the FS&I market for eight years, focusing on banking, payment systems, capital markets, insurance and credit.
Due to the acquisition, Intellias intends to expand the range of services and services in the field of FS&I, as well as strengthen the presence of the company in the UK market.
Intellias clients in this area include the Swiss banking group Swissquote, the payment application NabyPay, Resolute Asset Management and the financing platform FinCompare.
CEO and founder of NorthLink Digital Graham Orrell, in turn, noted that NorthLink Digital as part of Intellias will be able to offer clients global capabilities in both engineering capacity and regional expertise.
NorthLink Digital will reportedly join Intellias, with NorthLink Digital CEO and co-founder Graham Orrell leading Intellias' FS&I business development as vice president.
