Andrii Zhurzhii’s investment company Inzhur plans to build a new retail park in 2027 and subsequently develop a broader network of such properties across Ukraine. The company is primarily considering sites west of Kyiv and aims eventually to reach a development pace of 5–10 retail parks per year.
The company’s plans were outlined by founder Andrii Zhurzhii during Forbes Ukraine’s YouTube programme Business Breakfast with Volodymyr Fedorin.
Inzhur is currently expanding its team, searching for suitable land plots and negotiating potential sites. In particular, the company is considering projects in the Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia regions.
The company opened its first Inzhur Retail Park in August 2026 in Brovary, Kyiv Region. It now plans to scale the format across other regions. The volume of investment in new developments in 2027 will depend on how many land plots the company is able to acquire.
In 2026, Inzhur’s total investment in the construction of five commercial properties is expected to amount to $12–14 million. Including the development of a residential complex, the company’s total investment this year is set to reach approximately $20 million.
During 2026, Inzhur has already opened a retail park, two Fora supermarkets and one McDonald’s restaurant. The company plans to open another McDonald’s restaurant in November.
Inzhur’s portfolio includes 17 properties that are either operational or under construction. These include Silpo and Fora supermarket buildings, McDonald’s restaurants, the Sky Park shopping and entertainment centre in Vinnytsia, Inzhur Retail Park and the Svidomi residential complex in Kyiv Region.
At the same time, the company is developing other investment areas. Through the Inzhur fund, it is implementing a project to build a 10–12 MW power plant. The total value of projects currently under development within the fund is estimated at approximately $20 million.
Inzhur is an investment company founded by developer and former Ukrainian MP Andrii Zhurzhii. Its core business is commercial real estate through the Inzhur REIT fund. The company also offers investment opportunities through the Inzhur Energy small power plant fund and Ukrainian government bonds.
As of September 2026, Inzhur had more than 131,500 active accounts.
