The offer includes the sale of 100% of the corporate rights of a staffing agency with a permanent operating license, a portfolio of long-term contracts, and stable profitability.
The company has been operating since July 2019 and specializes in staff outstaffing services for businesses. Over this period, the operator has built a stable client base: currently 13 long-term contracts are in place, along with 5 temporary agreements for specific project-based work. In addition, the company maintains more than 10 contracts with major manufacturing plants with no fixed term of cooperation.
The business operates in a market characterized by strong structural demand. Poland and other European countries have faced a persistent labor shortage over the past decade, which continues to support demand for staffing agencies and outstaffing service providers.
The company’s assets include six vehicles, office equipment, and a proprietary mobile application that covers key operational processes, from employee recruitment to task coordination and client interaction. The 1,000 sq. m office is located in leased premises in Warsaw.
The company employs a team of 13 staff members, including a client service manager, coordinators, accounting personnel, and top management. The current owner manages the company’s operations and is prepared to remain involved for 6–9 months after closing to ensure knowledge transfer and support during the transition period.
Financial indicators demonstrate steady growth. The company’s revenue reached €18 million in 2023, €22 million in 2024, and €23 million in 2025. Profit amounted to €2.4 million in 2024 and €2.5 million in 2025. Revenue is projected to increase to €25 million in 2026.
According to the seller, the potential for further revenue and profitability growth from existing clients is estimated at around 30%. Currently, the company operates only in Warsaw and nearby areas, leaving room for expansion into other cities in Poland.
The stated reason for the sale is the owner’s permanent relocation abroad. The business is offered at a price of €5 million, calculated using a valuation multiple of x2, according to the seller.
