Ukrainian startup Portal.ai raises $5M in a pre-seed round

Ukrainian startup that supports sellers' operational streamlining, Portal.ai, has raised $5 million in a pre-seed round.

Portal.ai was founded in 2023 by Volodymyr Panchenko and Mohammed Naanaa. The startup helps small to medium-sized organizations make operational decisions by centralizing data and functions. In order to create a comprehensive image of the business, Portal.ai analyzes data from sources including Shopify, Amazon, Google, and Meta in the areas of operations, marketing, finance, and logistics.

“Our strategy is to monetize on the ecosystem instead of on the product, with premium features and lead generation,” said Volodymyr Panchenko, CEO of Portal.ai.

In the funding took part StratMinds VC, AGI House Ventures, Rocky Yu, BBQ Capital, Nemke Kostic, The Patel family office, Amanda Schloss family office, and Broocknell Ventures.

With the fresh funding, Portal.ai aims to assist business owners in implementing some of its AI suggestions. Panchenko also adds that the startup's next raise is scheduled to start around the end of summer.
