One of the developers of the project, Efficient Investments Group of Companies, announced that in February the construction of Feednova manufacturing complex for the production of high-protein feed additives and animal fats will begin in Busk, Lviv region.
In addition to the Ukrainian Efficient Investments Group of Companies, the project investor is the Dutch company Mada Participations B.V. The total investment is $ 20 million. Production is planned to be launched in two stages.
The new complex will include four production lines that will process more than 220 tons of raw materials per day. The total capacity of the plant will allow to produce about 90 tons of finished products per day.
Investors emphasized that the company will be the first plant in the industry to process raw materials from external suppliers.
“It is also important that solving the problem of animal by-products, we do not deal with their disposal, but create a liquid product that is widely used in the production of feed for farm animals and pets. Taking to account the active development of animal breeding and meat processing, the relevance of the enterprise for the production of feed additives is extremely high”, the project investors said.
