As reported in the annual report of the Myronivsky Hliboproduct agricultural holding, published on the London Stock Exchange, on April 15, 2024, the group entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire 100% of corporate rights in an unnamed meat processing business in Ukraine, with an estimated value of €14 million.
MHP hopes to be able to complete the purchase of the new asset by the end of 2024.
According to the Contr Agent analytical system, since April 18, MHP has become a co-owner of Ukrainian Meat Farm LLC in Lutsk. The agricultural holding owns 24.9% of corporate rights, the remaining 75.1% belongs to Lutsk businessman Oleg Dmitruk.
The registration address of LLC "Ukrainian Meat Farm" coincides with the address of LLC "Dmitruk-Foods", which produces meat and sausage products under the TM "Meat Farm", snacks under the TM Kabanosy and TM "Chickenzzz" (chicken boars), sausages and sausages under the trade mark Parowki brand.
Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) is the largest producer of chicken in Ukraine with a land bank of 360 thousand hectares. MHP is represented by the trademarks “Nasha Ryaba”, “Legko”, “Bashchinsky”.
