181-Hectare Loam Deposit in Rivne Region Sold for UAH 1.64 Million

The 181.16-hectare Nadsluchanska-1 loam plot in Rivne region, including the Tynne deposit, has been sold for UAH 1.64 million to auction winner Prime Alliance

On February 19, 2026, the second repeat auction for the sale of a special permit to use the Nadsluchanska-1 loam plot in Sarny district, Rivne region, including the Tynne deposit, was held through the electronic system of JSC Prozorro.Sale. The permit grants rights for geological exploration and pilot industrial development. The auction was initiated by Zemli Polissia LLC, owned by Petro Omelkovets.

The starting price of the lot was UAH 1.55 million, representing 50% of the price set at the first unsuccessful auction in December 2025. Two bidders participated:

· Ins.Low Group Law Firm LLC, owned by Serhii Demynskyi and Andrii Prots, which offered UAH 1,579,116;

· Prime Alliance Financial Company LLC, owned by Nataliia Pravnyk, which won the auction with a bid of UAH 1,644,116.

The Nadsluchanska-1 plot covers 181.16 hectares, of which 12.5 hectares correspond to the Tynne deposit. The loam deposit had not previously been developed. According to the State Balance of Mineral Reserves of Ukraine, as of January 1, 2025, reserves of loam at the Tynne deposit amounted to 793,000 cubic meters. The mineral body has a lens-shaped form with sublatitudinal extension, with thickness ranging from 1.9 to 10.5 meters and averaging 6.3 meters.

The overburden sands, with a thickness of approximately 2.3 meters, do not meet the granulometric requirements of GOST 8736-85 and are unsuitable for construction use. The soil-vegetation layer and sands are recommended for reclamation of worked-out areas.

According to laboratory and technological studies, the loams of the Tynne deposit are suitable for the production of ceramic bricks and blocks using plastic molding with vacuum processing and artificial drying. They may be used in a mixture containing 15% waste from coal beneficiation at the Chervonohrad Central Processing Plant for the production of 19-perforated bricks and ceramic blocks in accordance with frost-resistance standards under GOST 530-80.

It is noted that other mineral development initiatives are ongoing in Ukraine: the Interdepartmental Commission on Production Sharing Agreements is reviewing an application from a private company owned by ATB retail chain co-owner Hennadii Butkevych regarding competitive tenders for four uranium ore deposits in Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions.

Thus, the sale of the Nadsluchanska-1 plot marks a successful transaction for a private company, creating opportunities for industrial processing of loams and further development of the regional construction materials sector.
