Agrofirma Dzvony Invests in the Construction of a 240 TPD Feed Mill in Lviv Region

Agrofirma Dzvony, based in Lviv region, is implementing a project to build a feed mill with a capacity of 240 tonnes per day

Agrofirma Dzvony, a private agricultural company in Ukraine’s Lviv region, is implementing a project to build a feed mill with a capacity of 240 tonnes per day. The engineering partner and project integrator is CHIF, while Dutch company Van Aarsen is also involved in the project as the supplier of технологічного equipment for the full feed production cycle.

The project is designed to create a closed production cycle — from grain cultivation to feed production for the company’s own livestock operations. Construction of the production building is currently underway at the site, with preparations also in progress for equipment installation. In official construction documentation, the facility is described as a new feed mill with output of 10 tonnes per hour of both pelleted and mash feed in the village of Bolotnia, Lviv region.

The new plant will become another element of the farm’s vertical integration model. Agrofirma Dzvony already has its own grain storage infrastructure: according to sector sources, the capacity of its elevator stands at 42,000 tonnes of simultaneous storage, and in 2024 this capacity was further expanded by more than 9,200 tonnes.

The value of the investment in the new feed mill has not yet been disclosed in public sources. However, the project itself reflects a broader trend toward deeper agricultural processing and lower dependence of producers on external feed suppliers.

It is worth noting that InVenture is currently offering two feed mills for sale in Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions.
