One of Ukraine’s largest private healthcare networks, Dobrobut, invested UAH 224 million in the development of its network in 2025, continuing to expand medical infrastructure and modernize its centers.
The investments were part of a broader growth program launched amid rising demand for private healthcare services in Ukraine.
During 2025, the UAH 224 million investment was directed toward infrastructure development and the expansion of medical centers. Part of the funds — UAH 5.6 million — was allocated to increasing the energy autonomy of medical facilities, an important step to ensure stable operations amid energy-related risks.
Over the year, the network opened three new medical centers, further expanding its presence in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The company also strengthened cooperation with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) and joined the government program “Health Screening 40+,” which contributed to increased patient flow.
Growth of the Private Healthcare Market
The investments were accompanied by strong growth in the company’s operating performance.
In 2025, the network’s revenue increased by 26%, reaching UAH 4.4 billion, reflecting stable demand for private medical services in Ukraine.
The number of patients who visited the network’s medical centers exceeded 323,000, while the total number of visits reached nearly 2 million.
The network also recorded significant growth in medical procedures: in 2025, doctors performed more than 16,000 surgeries, 46% more than the previous year.
Social and Humanitarian Investments
In addition to developing medical infrastructure, the company continues to invest in social programs. Through the Dobrobut Foundation, programs providing free medical care to people affected by the war have been expanded.
The company also supports its mobilized employees. As of early 2026, total payments to such staff members reached UAH 132.23 million.
