A complex of granite quarries with an area of 54.9 hectares is being offered for sale in Vinnytsia region, located along the frontage of the M21 Zhytomyr — Vinnytsia highway. The asset specializes in the extraction of block stone and rubble stone for crushed stone production. The stated sale price is $3.25 million.
The leased area totals 88.09 hectares and includes seven land plots. The mining allotment for block stone extraction covers 15.92 hectares, while the mining allotment for stone extraction for crushed stone production covers 33.28 hectares. The land lease agreements and the special extraction permit are valid until 2036.
According to the investment proposal, the balance reserves of the deposit as of 2024 amount to 15.762 million m³. Of this volume, 3.176 million m³ are reserves for blocks in categories A + B, while another 12.586 million m³ are raw materials for crushed stone production in categories A + B + C1. The possibility of an additional increase in reserves along the quarry floor is also indicated.
The quarry produces crushed stone of various fractions, including 0–5, 5–10, 10–20, 20–40, and 40–70 mm, as well as construction mixtures. The crushed stone has a compressive strength grade of M1200, first-class radioactivity, and specifications that allow it to be used in construction and road infrastructure.
A separate area of the asset is the extraction of Cardinal Grey GG4 block granite. Zhezheliv granite has a dark grey color with garnet inclusions and is well suited for polishing and processing. The main product of the block quarry is granite blocks with a volume of up to 4 m³, with the possibility of producing slabs for further processing also envisaged.
The enterprise operates a crushing and screening line with a nominal annual capacity of 1.1 million tonnes of crushed stone. The actual hourly processing capacity is 280–340 tonnes, depending on the operating mode. In 2024, the production facility underwent significant modernization, including the automation of the crushing and screening complex.
The quarry site includes production, administrative, and auxiliary buildings with a total area of more than 4,000 m², a complex of workshops for cutting and polishing slabs, repair bays, garages, a laboratory, as well as a railway loading unit with a ramp, receiving bunkers, and a conveyor system.
The enterprise employs 24 people. Current operations are organized in one shift, which may leave potential for increasing production load subject to corresponding demand and organizational decisions by the new owner.
