A new industrial agricultural project is planned in Ukraine’s Lviv region, where Hanze Agri Ukraine intends to build an oil pressing plant together with an elevator complex. Information about the project was published on the website of the Brody urban territorial community.

According to the project, the plant will process up to 300 tonnes of oilseed raw materials per day. The facility is expected to produce cold-pressed and hot-pressed oil, as well as oilseed meal. The processing line will include oil filtration, meal packaging in big bags, and subsequent pelletizing.

For finished product storage, the project предусматривает tanks with a total capacity of up to 400,000 liters for oil, as well as a warehouse for meal with a storage volume of up to 5,000 cubic meters.

In addition to the processing plant, the project also includes the construction of a grain elevator. Its capacity will amount to 18.6 thousand cubic meters for temporary storage and 66.34 thousand cubic meters for permanent storage. The complex will be equipped with systems for grain intake, cleaning, drying, transportation, and shipment.

The site’s infrastructure will also include a 1,520 mm-gauge railway siding with a shunting device, an administrative building with a laboratory and shelter, as well as a repair and mechanical workshop.

Particular attention in the project is being given to energy supply. The company plans to install a diesel generator, a solar power plant, an energy storage system, and a cogeneration unit.
