LLC "Inzhur" acted in the interests and at the expense of the Inzhur Hotel fund, it is said on the site "Prozorro.Prodazhi". The founder of the fund, Andriy Zhurzhiy, created it for the purchase of two state-owned hotels - Kozatskyi and Ukraina.
Hotel "Kozatskyi" is a three-star hotel on the street Mykhailivska, the facade of which overlooks Independence Square. This eight-story building, erected in 1983, is located on a 0.24-hectare plot of land with permanent occupancy rights.The total area of the hotel is 9513 square meters. m.
