Inzhur REIT is broadening its investment strategy by entering the residential real estate segment for the first time. The fund has included the “Svidomi” residential complex, currently under development in Kriukivshchyna, Kyiv region, in its asset portfolio.
According to the fund, it observes strong demand for high-quality comfort-class housing, consistent with its strategy of holding highly liquid real estate assets with predictable cash flow for investors. “Svidomi” is the first residential project within the fund’s portfolio.
The complex is being developed on a 2.5-hectare land plot.
The total construction area amounts to 80,900 sq. m.
The development comprises:
- 18 sections
- 903 apartments
- commissioning of the first four sections in Q4 2026
In terms of infrastructure, the residential complex will be equipped with:
- two gas generators for backup power supply
- a private water well
According to the fund’s estimates, residential development will account for no more than 10–20% of the total asset portfolio.
The general contractor for all projects implemented by the fund is Inzhur BUD LLC, which is 100% owned by the fund. This structure allows Inzhur REIT to maintain control over the construction process and costs within the group.
The first apartment sale has already been completed, with approximately ten additional transactions expected to be signed within the next two weeks.
Inzhur REIT is a real estate-focused mutual investment fund investing in both operating assets and new development projects. In September 2025, five funds within the Inzhur investment group were consolidated into a single vehicle, enabling asset scaling and portfolio structuring under a unified investment strategy.
