The SKVYRA INDUSTRI industrial park will be established in the city of Skvyra, Kyiv Region, on an area of nearly 32 hectares, with around UAH 826.1 million in planned investment.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the inclusion of SKVYRA INDUSTRI in the national Register of Industrial Parks. The project was initiated by Skvyra Industrial Park LLC.
The park will cover 31.9999 hectares in Skvyra, Bila Tserkva district, Kyiv Region. The project is expected to create approximately 1,000 new jobs.
The main activities of future park residents will include the production of structural metal products, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, machinery and equipment, as well as food products. The park is also expected to support research and development, information technology, and telecommunications activities.
According to preliminary estimates, nearly UAH 826.1 million is expected to be invested in site infrastructure and the launch of production facilities. Funding is expected to come from Skvyra Industrial Park LLC, government incentives, investments by future residents, and other sources permitted by law.
The development of SKVYRA INDUSTRI is intended to provide additional infrastructure for manufacturing companies and attract investment to Kyiv Region. The project is also aimed at supporting the development of the processing industry and increasing employment in the region.
Industrial parks are part of Ukraine’s “Made in Ukraine” state policy aimed at supporting domestic manufacturing and processing industries.
According to Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and Environment, 126 industrial parks are currently registered in the country. As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction within industrial parks, while total investment attracted exceeded UAH 45 billion.
