IdeaSoft employs 120 developers. The company will continue to work within Sigma Software Group under its own brand, retaining the team and approaches.
The amount of the deal is not disclosed. According to the estimates of Yevgen Sysoyev, Managing Partner of AVentures Capital, it is up to $3-4 million. According to other experts, the transaction amount was $1.5 million.
IdeaSoft was founded in 2016 and is engaged in the delivery of integrated software solutions. Among its customers are Securitize, Porsche, Neura, Nexar, Corum Group, and others. IdeaSoft has expertise in DLT, FinTech, 5G, MEC, and Private Cellular.
The deal will give IdeaSoft access to the projects of Sigma Software customers while retaining its own brand.

“The main idea behind this acquisition was to make sure that IdeaSoft secures the same level of freedom and flexibility as it had before. Eventually, we`d like to repeat in some way Sigma Software joining Sigma Group 15 years ago.”
According to Krasovsky, Sigma Software Group plans to develop as a group of companies and is ready to consider acquiring several more companies.
