EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, announced that the European Union will provide Ukraine with over €23 billion in support in 2025.
Kallas noted that in 2024, the EU and its member states allocated €20 billion to Ukraine. “We are doing more and are capable of achieving even greater results,” she emphasized.
Since February 2022, the European Union has been the largest provider of direct budgetary assistance to Ukraine, committing €50.5 billion to support the country’s key fiscal needs.
