Ukraine’s Vchasno Group Acquires 80% Stake in SME Management Platform Yatax

Business solutions provider Vchasno has acquired a majority stake in Yatax, a platform for managing sole proprietorships (FOPs).

Ukrainian business solutions provider Vchasno Group has announced an investment in Yatax, a digital platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The company has been integrated into the Vchasno ecosystem under a new brand — Vchasno.Zvit. The value of the investment was not disclosed.

Negotiations began shortly after Yatax’s launch in early 2025, and Vchasno Group ultimately acquired an 80% stake in the platform. The remaining 20% ownership stays with Yatax founder Bohdan Yankiv, who will continue to lead the business as CEO of Vchasno.Zvit.

The new service aims to streamline administrative processes for Ukrainian entrepreneurs by digitizing reporting and accounting workflows for sole proprietors (FOPs) and SMEs.

“Our ambition is to make Vchasno.Zvit the leading accounting and reporting platform for small businesses,” said Mykola Palienko, Co-Founder of Vchasno Group.
“As Ukraine advances toward EU accession, the regulatory requirements for sole proprietors and SMEs will become more complex.”

With this move, Vchasno Group continues to expand its portfolio of digital-first tools tailored to meet the evolving needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses in Ukraine.
