Ukrainian startup Obriy AI has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round from investment firm N1 Investment Company. In addition to the financing, the parties have also entered into a long-term strategic partnership, Vestbee reports.
Obriy AI develops software powered by AI agents designed to automate business processes. This includes both companies’ internal operations and customer interactions.
This marks the startup’s first external funding round and comes as the company prepares for a seed round planned for autumn 2026. N1 Investment Company focuses on backing early-stage technology projects, particularly in artificial intelligence, software, and infrastructure solutions.
The newly raised capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team, and support the company’s international expansion. Under the agreement, N1 Investment Company will participate not only as an investor but also as a strategic partner, supporting Obriy AI in scaling its operations, entering European markets, and building international partnerships.
According to N1 CEO Kyrylo Medvediev, the investment reflects confidence in the potential of Ukrainian teams in the artificial intelligence sector. Obriy AI co-founder and CEO Viacheslav Shestakovskyi said the company had been seeking not just financing, but a strategic partner for long-term growth from the outset.
Obriy AI was founded in 2026 by Viacheslav Shestakovskyi, Dmytro Nosach, and Andrii Bobrov. The company’s core product is the SURE platform, which enables businesses to build AI agents for process automation. The platform connects to corporate data sources, including documents, websites, and communication histories, and automatically processes customer inquiries, handing them over to a human operator when needed. The system also integrates with multiple channels, including chat interfaces and companies’ internal services.
Earlier, the project had already received $100,000 to pilot its platform under the GovTech Lab Ukraine program.
