Vinnytsia-Based Electrical Equipment Manufacturer Expands Capacity and Plans Industrial Park

Promavtomatyka Vinnytsia, a producer of autonomous energy solutions, is increasing output amid strong demand and is considering the development of an industrial park to support further scaling

Promavtomatyka Vinnytsia, an engineering company known for its Bandera Power brand (renamed BP Power at the end of 2025), is actively expanding its production capacity amid rising demand for autonomous energy solutions, including charging stations. The company is considering the creation of an industrial park as the next step in scaling its business.

The company is using state support instruments, including subsidized loans under the 5-7-9 program and an UAH 8 million processing grant. Despite the expansion, its production capacity remains distributed across multiple sites throughout the country, with operations running in three shifts. Even so, this is no longer sufficient to fully meet orders from both the domestic market and export shipments to Germany, Poland, Azerbaijan, and Lithuania.

The company’s product portfolio includes autonomous charging stations, relays and voltage stabilizers, solar panels, floodlights, and LED lighting. It is also developing projects in the small-scale energy segment, including wind power plants for private households, which are currently at the development stage.

At the same time, the company is expanding its industrial robotics segment. Its first industrial robot of Ukrainian design is expected to be presented in the summer. The company is also increasing its solar power plant installation business: it currently has 16 installation teams, with plans to expand that number to 24.

Against the backdrop of a labor shortage, the company has introduced a training program for new employees, including women. As the work involves installation at height, the training includes practical sessions, including at climbing walls and specialized training facilities.

Overall, the company provides employment for about 850 people. Management is exploring the possibility of creating an industrial park as the next stage of development.

Promavtomatyka Vinnytsia is a Ukrainian engineering and manufacturing group with a history of more than 25 years. It started as a small business in Vinnytsia and has grown into one of the leaders in electrical equipment, energy solutions, automation, and robotics. After the start of the full-scale war, the company launched production of portable charging stations for military and civilian needs.

According to YouControl, the company’s ultimate beneficial owner is Mykhailo Hanchuk.
