Agro assets linked to the business of former Agrarian Policy Minister Mykola Solskyi in Rivne and Kirovohrad regions are coming under the control of new owners amid debt pressure and liquidity problems, effectively launching a redistribution of the land bank in the sector.

The assets include several agricultural clusters with a total area of around 20,000–25,000 hectares, which in recent years had been consolidated within a structure of related companies. In Kirovohrad region, control over the cluster held through Alder Holding with 6,000–7,000 hectares has passed to new owner Yevhen Koroliov. In Rivne region, a phased change of control is underway over the assets of Marketservis, AK Polissia, and Shubkivske, which together cultivate around 10,000–11,000 hectares.

A separate factor in the redistribution was the entry of creditors into the capital of certain companies. In particular, Rivne Agro Invest came under the control of LNZ Group after the asset had been pledged to a financing structure. The amount of financing is estimated at approximately $8 million, which effectively became the trigger for the asset’s transfer against debt obligations.

At the same time, ownership changes are being recorded at a number of enterprises in the region: the ultimate beneficiaries of Marketservis and AK Polissia have changed. Meanwhile, the market is discussing possible interest in part of the assets from Kernel, indicating further consolidation of the land bank by large agricultural holdings.

Market participants note that the asset restructuring process began back in late 2025 amid the deteriorating financial condition of the farms. According to contractors’ estimates, debts to counterparties exceed UAH 20 million, which further increased creditor pressure and accelerated the change of control.
