According to the development concept, the total area of industrial park premises will be 140 thousand square meters, which will include the development of six warehouses and production facilities. The project is located on the M10 highway, towards the border with Poland, 60 km from the Krakovets checkpoint.
“This is already the second industrial park in Dragon Capital's real estate portfolio. The first project, E40 Industrial Park, is located on a 49 hectare land plot on the Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway, 20 km from Kyiv,” says Tomas Fiala, CEO of Dragon Capital. “We believe in the viability of the industrial and logistics real estate sector, and this acquisition is in line with our strategic vision. Over the past four years, we have acquired 11 logistics complexes with a total area of 330 thousand square meters and we are ready to start construction of new Class A facilities in our industrial parks in the coming years.”
