Energy-Independent Agro-Processing Hub BRIL PARK Launches in Vinnytsia Region

As reported by InVenture, the industrial park in Brailiv is positioned as a platform for deep agricultural processing, food production, and export-oriented enterprises

The industrial park in Brailiv is being positioned as a platform for deep processing of agricultural raw materials, food production, and export-oriented enterprises, with the ability to launch operations quickly and with its own energy infrastructure.

A new site for manufacturing enterprises in the agro-processing and food industry segments is taking shape in Vinnytsia region. BRIL PARK Industrial Park, being developed in the settlement of Brailiv, Zhmerynka district, offers companies an Agroprocessing Hub format — a ready-made industrial cluster for the localization, expansion, or relocation of production in Ukraine.

The project is being developed on the basis of an existing industrial site with access to the raw material base of Ukraine’s central regions, including grain, corn, and legumes. The park is focused on enterprises engaged in the deep processing of agricultural products, the production of food ingredients, plant proteins, bio-ingredients, as well as related areas of light industry and energy.

A key feature of BRIL PARK is its focus on energy autonomy. The park already has existing engineering infrastructure, including a 2.9 MW substation and a first-category power supply line with available capacity of up to 35 MW. In addition, the site plans to develop its own solar power plant with capacity of up to 30 MW and BESS energy storage systems of up to 20 MW. For manufacturing companies, this means lower energy risks, greater continuity of technological processes, and better predictability of operating costs.

The total area of the hub is 56 hectares, with available placement formats ranging from 1 to 30 hectares per enterprise. The park has central water supply, access to a river and a lake, operating wastewater treatment facilities, and ready-made premises for the rapid launch of production. Logistics is another advantage: BRIL PARK is integrated into road and rail infrastructure, which simplifies the supply of raw materials and the shipment of finished products to domestic and foreign markets.

For potential residents, the park offers tax incentives, support from a professional management company, reduced initial capital expenditures, and the possibility of launching production within a timeframe of 0 to 6 months. This format may be of particular interest to companies considering Ukraine as a location for import substitution, export-oriented manufacturing, or the relocation of part of their production capacity closer to the agricultural raw material base.

The concept for the creation and operation of the industrial park was officially approved by the Zhmerynka City Council on December 24, 2025, and on February 18, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine included BRIL PARK in the Register of Industrial Parks. The initiator’s letter also states that the core property complex covers 27.9266 hectares, with the possibility of allocating an additional 30–40 hectares outside the main site, creating the potential to scale the hub to the declared format of 56 hectares.

BRIL PARK is positioned as one of the new regional growth points for Ukraine’s food processing industry, a segment that remains one of the key candidates for new investment thanks to access to raw materials, export orientation, and growing demand for higher value-added products.
