An oil extraction plant in Poltava region with a daily sunflower seed processing capacity of 280 tons and storage capacity for 92,000 tons is being offered for sale. The asset is valued at $4 million.

The enterprise is located on a 13.8 ha leased land plot and benefits from strong logistical access, including three railway sidings and two 80-ton weighbridges. Within a 180 km radius, there are no comparable plants, creating favorable market conditions.

The oil pressing facility includes six presses, three roasters, modern weighing equipment, and infrastructure for grain cleaning and aspiration, as well as oil filtration and cooling. The plant is equipped with an Italian boiler running on sunflower husks, enabling the production of fuel briquettes. All key equipment was manufactured by Ukrainian company TAN.

The site has a designated area for installing a full oil extraction line. Estimated investment in launching a 280 t/day extraction facility is $2–2.5 million.

Storage infrastructure includes a floor-based elevator warehouse for 80,000 tons, metal silos for 12,000 tons, oil storage tanks with a capacity of over 1,000 tons, as well as dryers, intake pits, and auxiliary warehouses.

The plant has its own utilities: transformer substations of 400 kW and 1,600 kW, gas connection, and access to an artesian well.
