Poland’s IT consortium Euvic Group acquires Kharkiv software developer 7Devs

This deal is part of Euvic Group’s expansion and partnership strategy in the Ukrainian market.

The exact amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The co-founder of Mergewave Capital, which is the exclusive investment M&A advisor of Euvic Group in Ukraine, told AIN.Capital the news.

7Devs was founded in 2016 in Kharkiv. The company specializes in the development of web and mobile solutions. The company has about 50 employees and works with clients from the USA, Canada, and Europe.

The representative of the Polish company noted that such acquisitions can help companies grow and increase capitalization, which becomes especially relevant in difficult market conditions.

Deepening its presence on the Ukrainian market, Euvic Group plans to make several more investments in 2024.

Earlier in 2023, Euvic Group acquired shares of Ukrainian Artkai and Exoft, as well as several other undisclosed companies.
