According to the YouControl service, on August 20, Volodymyr Kostelman and brand founder Shahin Musayev created a new legal entity, Pampik LLC. Kostelman's fund "Holding Invest" became the majority owner with a share of 80% of the company, Musaev owns 20%.
The partners have not yet commented on the plans.
Pampik, one of the largest online stores for children's goods in Ukraine, has been closed since February 2, 2024. At that time, its main competitor - the Panama online store - ceased its activities. The reason was a sharp drop in the children's market. Currently, there is a message on Pampik's website: "Very soon we will start our work. Ma and Ta wait."
After 10 years of work, Musaev and his partner Oleg Shaporenko sold Pampik to Tomas Fiala's Dragon Capital company in 2020. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. After the sale, Musayev started working in Kostelman's Maudau marketplace as the head of the "Childhood" department.
Pampik experienced a real boom during the pandemic, when address delivery of diapers and other baby products became more in demand than ever.
In June 2022, Dragon Capital combined the delivery of Pampik with the delivery of its main competitor - the Panama online store.
Currently, Shahina Musaeva is listed as the owner of the Pampik brand on the website of the Ukrainian Intellectual Property Office.
However, the war greatly worsened the financial performance of the online store.
In April 2024, Dragon Capital withdrew from the founders of Wonders Light and announced the termination of the project.
Experts believe that Kostelman's decision to buy Pampik may be related to a fairly strong brand and a clear association with children's products. At the same time, the purchase of Pampik could be a beneficial deal for the Maudau marketplace, which is part of the Fozzy Group.
