According to a company press release, the deal marks a strategic milestone for Sigma Software, enabling the company to better meet growing business demands for both local and global expertise.
“This acquisition will strengthen collaboration with our clients and reinforce our position as a trusted partner amid geopolitical shifts and the increasing need for business resilience,” said Valery Krasovsky, CEO of Sigma Software.
Originally founded as Eclipse Software Programming in Kharkiv more than 20 years ago, Sigma Software has since evolved into a global player with offices in 19 countries, including Hungary, Romania, and Brazil.
“Having offices around the world allows us to launch projects with reduced risk for clients, but our top priority remains developing operations in Ukraine,” Krasovsky added.
In 2023, Sigma Software was named among the Top 100 Global Outsourcing Service Providers by IAOP, alongside other Ukrainian tech leaders such as Intellias, Infopulse, and Eleks. The company serves clients across industries including automotive, healthcare, advertising, fintech, and aviation, with names like Volvo and Comcast among its key partners.
