It is noted that the company was acquired by Vladimir (45% of shares) and Aleksey (55% of shares) Shumilkin.

Agrolatinvest specializes in the cultivation and sale of wheat, rapeseed, soybeans, sunflowers, and corn.

As noted, the citizens of Ukraine Volodymyr and Oleksiy Shumilkin are the beneficiaries of a group of business entities engaged in the cultivation of cereals and legumes, oilseeds, storage of petroleum products, the provision of real estate for rent and management for a fee, the provision of dental and hotel services, services of sports clubs and cafes, and the wholesale of fuel.

The previous owners of Agrolatinvest are George Rohr (US citizen) and Maurice Tabasinik (Australia), who are the owners of NCH Capital (Agroprosperis Group of Companies).
