The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) gave permission to Kovalska Syrovina LLC to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of Winter Cargo LLC, ensuring that it exceeds 50% of the votes in the highest management body of the company.
The scope of activity of Winter Cargo is the transportation of goods by river and road transport, as well as warehousing, according to data in the YouControl system.
The owner of Winter Cargo LLC is listed as ZNVKIF Skyfol JSC, and the final beneficiaries are Anna Zlochevskaya and Karina Zlochevskaya, daughters of ex-Minister of Environment Nikolai Zlochevsky.
Kovalska Syrovina LLC is part of the Kovalska group of companies, which last year acquired companies and equipment for the extraction of river sand in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. The group plans to extract up to 1 million tons of sand per year. Industrial and construction group "Kovalska" unites more than 20 enterprises in the field of raw materials extraction, production and construction. Products are represented by the brands “Concrete from Kovalskaya”, “Avenue”, Siltek and others.
